I have been to many Dreamworks locations, but trying this one for the first time left me feeling slightly disappointed. The facility is very nice, clean. I booked a couple massage. My masseuse was very good, I could tell she was professional and attentive to my needs. My husband had a different experience. His masseuse was essentially just rubbing oil carelessly on him for an hour, not asking about pressure, working out knots in the muscles, and other practices that one expects from a Balinese massage. I would try another Dreamworks in hopes of getting 2 professional masseuses, I am just disappointed that there was no quality control for training their employees to deliver a standard level of professionalism.

The massage was so good! I feel 10 times lighter than before the massage. We had a couples massage and we both came out happy and refreshed. Their COVID precautions made us feel safe.

Heard so many good reviews about this place so desided to give it a try, but got extremely dissapointed after first visit and wont suggest it to anyone.I went for gelish manicure. So its started from entrance: a/c and tv were switched off, so we were sitting in silence and stuffiness (at least there is winter), no tea or coffee was offered, nail master was working without gloves, she was very rough and didnt provide machine manicure (she said that machine doesnt work), so she was doing everything with just nippers. I didnt want to continue with gelish, so i asked her to stop before we apply the gel cause ive already experienced enough.I completely didnt like the result cause all nails have different shape and cuticle looks ragged after this manicure. Plus i didnt get what i came for (gelish manicure). Complete dissatisfaction.

Absolute stress reliever. My experience here has always been a good one. Always clean and consistent with the Balinese massage technique. However, I would avoid going towards closing time if you are one of those who need a strong or hard massage. Only to give the masseurs some rest from a long days work.

Was very happy of dreamworks spa reopening, the cleanliness of the premises and the staff being professional whilst taking all the precautions to ensure a great experience. If you book for a Balinese massage I would definitely recommend Widya (therapist) who always works wonders on my back and shoulders :)

Not that bad. It is not so much oriented towards the personal customer experience. It mostly feels like - next! It is located at a convenient place - means a lot of traffic from the metro and is made as a place on the go. No spa, means you get only a massage and then youre expected to leave. Not a very relaxing place. Massage was strong and if youre not into high pressure massage, you might not like it. It does the job, however price is a bit expensive even when on a discount.

5 star Balinese massage but very expensive. 350 Aed. Not bad as we used the entertainer so 2 for 1. There are cheaper massages that you can find but my first experience here was very good.

Very friendly and professional staff. I booked by phone and arrived on time so everything went smoothly. They have a parking in the back incase you dont find one infront of the shop. My experience was great; the masseuse was very attentive and made sure to ask me whether the pressure she is applying is good for me or not. Also you can use the entertainer and get a great value for money.

One of the best options for a budget spa. Great quality and good service. Definitely recommended. If they have a discount and/or membership option, theyd get a lot more business from me!

Was taken for a moroccan bath and massage as a gift. The hamam was awesome! The lady did such a good job and it was an awesome experience. Massage was good too! This place is a little tired so if you’re a bit picky, choose another branch but the quality is still good here!

I bought voucher from groupon and loved the baliness massage service. The only problem was communication issue with masseuse i was unable to communicate my problem areas. The lady herself was from Bali. Spa is just beside metro so very easily accessible. Parking is also available but difficult to find.

First visited dreamworks around 3 years ago, did not like it. Decided to give it one more chance.Experienced marina brunch next to Jlt metro station.The overall experience is extremely bad.Would like to leave some suggestions as I don’t think complain will change anything .The place is terribly mismanaged. And this is a prime location.1. When a client is in , a welcome smile is a must. Grumpy , poker face of a manger is not acceptable.2. The tea and lemonade should be offered along with wet towels. (It’s not a self service)3. When the client lies down , u have to clean the feet with warm towel, not the half wet tissue with 4 light touches.4. Don’t ever treat a customer as piece of meat! Don’t through legs and arms away. Everything needs to be done gently. As the purpose of massage is relaxation.5. Give your staff a proper training to how to do massage. Jumping from arms to Back , then To arms then to head is completely unacceptable. Learn basics of massage first then try to do Balinese massage. Keep in mind ppl here do know the difference between Thai , Balinese and Sri Lankan massage.6. The eye mask needs to be there through all the session. To through it rapidly.. common.7. Some relaxing music would be a great advantage.8. Keep staff healthy and treat them well. Mine had blocked nose , and she was struggling. And u can feel that how desperately she needEd to clean the nose. This is unacceptable, I am not going to massage place to get the cold or to get some drops of ..on my head ...9. HR department has to be restructured. (To release staff with this massage skill .. sorry, to have this manager at brunch.. he has no clue what customer service is and no idea what spa is10. and finally being there and just waiting when the torture will be furnished u will be charged 349. Aed It would be justified but not at current customer journey.To change All mentioned above required minimum cost involved but the difference it would make ..Won’t be coming back even for free. But hopefully , some positive changes can be seen by your regular customers.

I went lastnight for the first time to dream work spa in marina to be honest the spa was not that clean but the massage was amazing I had my massage with sukar if you really want to have a good massage book with Sukar will definitely go back for her only

I had a 2 hr experince before leaving to airport. 1hr massage, 30min foot massage & 30 min facial. I left feeling relaxed & all knots in back removed. Very good.

Terrible experience. Not at all gentle or considerate. The manager on duty had the audacity to tell us that we should have gone for a 75min message instead of 60 for the best experience... What would 15 mins more do to help the pain? All in all bad... Looks like theyll shut down soon.

Extremely poor experience. The rooms dimming lights werent working so the massage was in the dark. The room was in a very bad state. It didnt feel like a dreamworks spa massage room at all. The lady was missing for a good ten minutes because she went to look for a sarong. In an hour she only covered my back and legs. No shoulders, no arms, no hands no neck. Please go somewhere else incase u are considering dreamworks at Dubai marina. I was more annoyed than relaxed at the poor service. The room was extremely ugly and scruffy and badly maintained.

Today I was visiting DreamWorks again for a massage, this year for the 2nd time during my vacation, but back in January we were here at leest 5 times. The good thing about this place near the Marina and metro is: they never let you down. The hands of the masseuses are strong and with the right pressure. Today Mini did a fantastisch job for 90 minutes: she paid very good attention to the reactions of my body, has good strong hands, and was capabele of creating a new version of myself:) Also her English is good ( not all ladies are good in English, although this has never been a problem- all are good in their job!). I will sure go again this week!

Had a massage a couple weeks back as did my wife. We both agreed that environment was ok, service was ok and on time. Massages for both felt mechanical without wanting to learn more about the client.

I ve been for the first time at dreamworks hair salon in February. I wasnt happy about the customer service because the hairdresser was very rude with me: I wanted to know which kind of services they are doing and product they are using. I am asked about the qualification of the hairdresser and she told me that if I dont trust them I can go away in another salon.After this misunderstanding and because I didnt have time to go somewhere else 2h before my birthday party night I stayed and I did a blow dry + curl. I paid 150aed but the job was good so I was satisfied.I came back today (April 2017) to do my hair (exactly the same: blow dry+curl)with the same person (there is only one) before a dinner and the experience was horrible.I noticed that the process was different and the tools also so I asked why?? The hairdresser explained me that they changed the owner and the tools are different! She were agree with me that the hairdress wasnt beautiful but said that she cannot do anything else because of the tools.My hair were extremely dry, no shine, poor curls... I was looking 20years older!I told her that I really dont like this and she replied that its not her fault and its the first time she is using this dryer and other tools. She adviced me to do a pony tail once I will be at home! I said I am really disappointed and I might not come back but she didnt care and asked for 150aed anyway.Customer service= 0
